By train
Jaunpur has several stations. Jaunpur Junction (JNU) is the main one and the usual arrival point. Jaunpur City (JOP) sits closer to the centre of town, and Shahganj Junction (SHG) serves the wider district. From Jaunpur Junction, SS Hotel is about 4 km, roughly 15 minutes by auto.
By air
The nearest airport is Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport in Varanasi, about 39 km from Jaunpur. Taxis are available at the airport, and the drive usually takes an hour to an hour and a half depending on traffic.
By road
Jaunpur is reached by road from Varanasi, Lucknow, Prayagraj and Azamgarh, with regular bus services. Tilakdhari College Road, where the hotel is, runs through Olandganj in the middle of the city, so it is simple to find.
Getting around town
